I been coming to this dental clinic for many years, in the process I met many doctors including Dr. Cortez, Dr. Regala, and lately I been seen by Dr. Gary Manukyan.In the process I've met Julio the general manager and a Dr. and found him very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I found everyone to be very friendly and professional. Maria the receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance of the office is family oriented and professional. The service has been excellent not to mention the value, they are very affordable and they offer Zero percentage interest. First time patients get free x rays and an evaluation with no commitment. I am an actual patient of the clinic and resident of the area; I have recommended the clinic to my friends, even brought my own mother to the clinic.
I went there by referral by my mother in law who really likes the dentist who is very professional but is also very kind. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming when I entered I let her know my wife had called to make sure I would be able to be seen by that dentist. Had me fill out the regular stuff and they took me back to do xrays and that went smooth. They set me in another room and they got those roku so if you're gonna be there for a bit I'm sure it would be nice to catch something haha. Dentist came and he was very nice and didn't feel like one of those scary dentist moments, I felt comfortable and they let me know what was wrong and that another dentist should have done something previously but can't be mad just need to get it taken care of I need to take some meds before I get the tooth out. I'll be back and know it will go smooth!
I would highly recommend this clinic specially if you live in area. Before I was going to Tijuana for dental work,but is far and the prices are almost like the one's here. Besides the quality of the work sometimes is not up to standars
I came to visit my relatives from out of town and unfortunately I had some tooth pain and I came across Herbert Family Dentistry and they were able to swap me in really quick which I really appreciate it. the staff including the office manager Julio was very helpful. and they got me set up and really gave me Relief really fast. the office is beautiful and they were very professional and I just wanted to make a review because I really appreciate the good service. the main dentist was Dr Marlon and he was very kind and gentle and he knew exactly what to do and he was great at explaining everything which I do appreciate. if you ever need any Dentistry help this is a place to go totally worth it.
